This 10 module course synthesises the latest findings from the scientific literature to give you an in-depth theoretical and practical understanding of the pathophysiology of IBS and the appropriate prescription and implementation of a low FODMAP diet. The course is available online, allowing dietitians and health professionals all over the world to learn from the experts who pioneered FODMAP research at Monash University. Interactive elements throughout the course support learning, such as:
•Written and video case studies
•Question-answer flip cards
•Multiple choice quizzes and a final exam
Registered dietitians who pass the final exam will be issued with a certificate that may be used to claim continuing professional education units with member dietetic associations. The course is estimated to take 30 hours to complete.
